Bonnat's Madagascar bar is unassuming. Pale and smooth, it belies the fact that its beans come from the untamed heart of an island jungle. An extremely well balanced bar its bite is leveled by its fruitiness. Wood, smoke and coffee notes run through the bar with just a touch of spice swept in from the Indian Ocean.
