Dolfin Chocolat Aux Ecorces D'Orange Confites (Orange Peel)
This bar is a near perfect blend of two distinct flavors into one. The dark chocolate and orange are balanced so neither dominates or peaks in flavor. It's almost as if Dolfin grew orange flavored cacao beans. The Poncelet brothers have succeeded in creating an excellent orange flavored dark chocolate.
